Over 4000 roof tiles from 4 bed house same as rosemary tiles, all sorted and stacked, enough for complete full roof on old style house or new build, all part tiles have been saved example, tile and halves some dressed to fit, many tiles have been cut to hip both left and right cuts, over 20 harris tiles and about 18 half round ridge tiles, also eave tiles to start you off tiling around 200 of them, all in good condition, buyer to collect.

also lots of lead flashing from chimney, it was a large 3 pot chimney.

if you went to recaimation yard for these you would be paying £1500 to £2000 for everything i've listed. don't take my word for it just pick up the phone and ask for everything I have for sale and see what price they give you!
I have been offered £600 from reclaim yard I'm not prepared to stack on pallets just so they can have an easy day collecting them. Read more
