andrews classicflo RFF18/270, natural gas, hot water storage cylinder, boiler.
as used in commercial properties, pubs, hotels, factories,
it can be fed from a mains pressure or low pressure vented supply. see last few pictures. i downloaded the installation book from andrews.
it can be used on a domestic gas supply as it is 20kw input, subject to any other appliances on the same supply and uses 240v power.
it is clean and in good condition as it was installed in it,s own room /cupboard,
it takes it,s air supply from the room so you need an air supply into the room and the flue is a single pipe outlet.
there is some flue and the terminal with it but depending on your position you may need more 80mm andrews flue to complete it. it looks like it was a horizontal flue,

this is over 6ft tall with the fan / pipes on top but it could be laid down if it,s supported well for transporting.
