The top flaps over for the 'over-knee' look - but you can extend the flap to wear them higher - more as thigh boots, if preferred.

BLACK SATIN ribbon tie to rear and INSIDE ZIP.

VERY SOFT & VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR! The fabric looks like suede but feels like 'moleskin' - it is UBER SOFT and pliable and makes them comfortable to wear and very easy to move/walk/dance in!

They have a PERFECT HEIGHT & SHAPED HEEL - very flattering to the leg!

Having purchased a pair and found how comfortable they were - I purchased several more pairs, some of which I customized with Swarovski crystals up the seamline at the front - AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE OF ME WEARING THEM but PLEASE NOTE: THE PAIR OF BOOTS YOU ARE PURCHASING DO NOT HAVE CRYSTALS ON THEM!

This pair was only WORN ONCE for a music video shoot - they were worn indoors on carpet, so they are in VERY GOOD CONDITION - with no damage to the heels.
