BLACK 1950's STYLE SWING PETTICOAT from the 'BANNED' label.

SIZE: SMALL

WAIST APPROX: 12/13 inches UNSTRETCHED - LOADS OF STRETCH in it!

LENGTH APPROX: 24 INCHES.

USED and in overall GOOD CONDITION!
PLEASE NOTE: The waist-band elastic tends to 'twist' a little. I own about 15 of these petticoats and they all do this! Does not prevent it from being worn.

'BANNED' are very similar to 'SAMS' petticoats being VERY SOFT and VERY FLOUNCY with GOOD MOVEMENT - especially when dancing! This brand also has a 'modesty panel' under the skirt.
