Using Essential Oils In Your Diffuser

Eucalyptus is a lovely, fresh smell and may keep little spider pesks away, as well as some flying bugs too. Also, when you have a stuffy nose and cold, even the flu, diffuse this and you will be right as rain within about 3 days.

I would also recommend Eucalyptus essential oil to be used often by those that have issues with the respiratory system.

Lemon does a good job of improving the mood and enhancing that sunny day feeling. May even promote an improved memory! Use when you want a lift, to de-stress or just fancy enjoying a zingy, citrus aroma.

Lavender essential oil is a must-have for permanent place in your medicinal and general uses. It is the most versatile of essential oils AND can be used neat directly on the skin. Use lavender alone in your bedroom before you go to bed and fill your room with the natural sedative effects of the lavender properties, for a gentle nudge to sleep.

Cinnamon is perhaps an acquired scent, but it's really great for uplifting your mood. You can also blend it with aromas such as orange or mandarin for a double whammy boost to your frame of mind.
