RELUCTANT SALE of our beautiful family tree but the kids have grown up and left home and we are downsizing to a small cottage, where it will be much too big for the room.

APPROX MEASUREMENTS ARE: 8ft in HEIGHT x 4 ft in WIDTH at the lowest section.

Stands at least 7.5-8ft - not sure of exact height, but I live in an old house with very high ceilings and taller than average doors - it is higher than my door frames! My son is 6ft and it is almost 2 feet taller than him!

VERY GOOD QUALITY TREE - substantial and heavy - not flimsy! Cost £379.99 when purchased NEW!

PRE-LIT with WHITE lights all over it in FULL WORKING ORDER! Multi-function: STATIC - FLASH - FADE - TWINKLE - SLOW FADE, CHASING, etc - controlled from a button on the plug.

BRANCHES are adjustable/bendy and are coated in FROSTED SNOW! This is VERY EFFECTIVE and looks BEAUTIFUL when the tree is dressed at Christmas - but DOES SHED/DROP a little bit - but only when the tree is moved - it is fine once set up and not touched. It has always done this since new , but this has not affected the look of the tree to any major degree, as can be seen in the pictures.

NO STORAGE BOX/BAG - TREE SEPARATES INTO 3 SEPARATE SECTIONS FOR STORAGE - AS SHOWN IN PICS! We kept it in a spare room out of season. CAN DELIVER FOR FREE IF YOU LIVE IN TORBAY!
