I am the original owner, it only has only few hours of play.
I am putting up for sale to fund a custom build. I am looking for a smaller and lighter guitar.

Aside from the tiny ding on the upper bout, it is as mint as new. Never left my smoke-pet free room.

As for the tone, the H-12 has impeccable reviews all around guitars forum and beyond.

Set-up is on the low side.
