You are looking at a very rare, vintage, sparkle blue, electric guitar from the Italian Guitar makers, Eko. Model number 700 4V-4. This guitar was my late fathers pride an joy and goes back to the days when he was in a band. I'm pretty sure he bought it new (though I can't confirm that) and ever since he stopped playing, the guitar has been stored in a dry and protected environment.

Now needs a new home. This is an excellent guitar and would certainly grace any collection. Would also be an excellent gift.

Condition:-

The guitar was stored in a dry attic for a number of years. However, before listing this guitar for sale, it was taken to a professional music shop who (Sound Unlimited, specialists in guitars) in Plymouth where it was professionally serviced. This servicing included:-

Dismantling the guitar, cleaning and checking the internal electronics and external buttons and controls.
Professionally cleaning the exterior of the guitar.
Pressing in any loss frets.
Removing the old strings and replacing with new.
Testing the guitar.
The result is a clean FULLY WORKING, TESTED AND PLAYABLE electric guitar. A copy of the service receipt will be provided with the sale of the guitar. Physical condition, as per the pictures. The internal pictures were taken by Sound Unlimited when they were servicing the guitar.
PLEASE NOTE:- According to Sound Unlimited, the single white switch on its own on the right hand side of the guitar is connected to the smaller input jacks and to nothing else (please see the internal pictures provided by Sound Unlimited).

Sound Unlimited said that this did not look like it had been altered and believed that this was added by the guitar manufacturer (Eko) when the guitar was originally made either for some future upgrade or enhancement, or for purely decorative purposes. This seems to be the case as I found the same model of guitar with the exact same switch and input jack online.

The overall physical condition is excellent when considering the age. There is some minimal signs of wear which is to be expected. Please see the advert pictures for further details.
