Account Executive | £25k +comm in Marlow



Account Executive - Full time, permanent

Marlow, Bucks

Salary: £25k Basic + commission (£450 per month OTE) Excellent benefits package

Aston Elite Ltd is looking for a bright, dynamic and engaging Account Executive to work for our well-established client based in Buckinghamshire. The Account Executive will be responsible for converting given leads, sales consultation, managing the sales process from start to finish and tailoring a suitable solution to suit customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Account Executive:

Customer service and technical support for all customers
Overseeing successful delivery and completion of specific projects, from initial enquiry to invoicing
Manage workload efficiently under pressure and making sure all deadlines are met i.e. quotations, targets, outbound calls etc
Ensure own workload is organised, prioritized and thoroughly planned and maintaining confidentiality of the business at all times
Co-ordinate site visits with clients, estimators and third-party suppliers
Promptly answering incoming calls and proactive resolution of customer enquiries and complaints
Manage pipeline board, cancellations/changes to meetings/maintenance schedules and spreadsheets
Account Development, utilizing existing customers to increase the business
Follow up on tenders/larger contracts within agreed timeframe
Undertake assignment on behalf of the Sales Department and succession cover where necessary
Knowledge and Key Skills for Account Executive

Minimum GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths
Strong communications skills, both written and oral
Strong IT skills inc MS Office. Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
Quick to learn processes and systems
Able to influence and make balanced decisions under pressure
Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
Able to prioritise tasks and multi task also time management and organisational skills
Driving License
Knowledge of selling services
