Corporate Receptionist - temporary 1.5 week booking
Duration 26th July - 3rd August 2018
Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: circa £10.00 p/hr
Location: Central London

Handover required Wednesday 25th July
Aston Elite is looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work for our client based in Central London. The main duties of the Corporate Receptionist will include answering and transferring calls via switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors and booking meeting rooms. You will be personable and well-presented with excellent communication skills and previous switchboard experience gained within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:

Answering incoming calls, using the switchboard to transfer to the designated contact
Following up on enquiries via telephone, email, etc.
Greeting visitors; providing support, updating visitor records, issuing visitor passes
General administration when required


Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:

Minimum 1-year of Reception experience within a corporate environment
Working knowledge of switchboard
Strong communication skills with excellent command of English language
Smart and well-presented
Personable and confident
