As directed and guided by the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver lifestyle supported self-management workshops for adults living with long covid and promote self-management tools.

Help with recruitment, coaching and developing volunteer peer health mentors.

Take a proactive approach to engage with post covid adults in hard to reach areas of Bromley post diagnosis.

To work closely with colleagues on the new Post Covid pathway to ensure clients are well supported to access community support.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,947 per annum
