Raintree House Holidays are looking for dedicated and diligent housekeepers to join its Housekeeping team.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, can clean with great attention to detail, to prepare wonderful houses on the North Cornwall coast to a very high standard.

We work in small teams and being able to work as a reliable and happy member of a team within a small and friendly company is essential.

Direct experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given within the classroom and out in the field. The work is full-time and usually covers 5 days per week, including weekend work. We can consider part-time staff particularly if they are available most/all of our busiest days - Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun.

The working day is between 9.45 - 5.30 most days, although, in our busier periods and with extra COVID cleaning measures, we may not finish until up to 7pm. We expect to offer 35-40 hours per week.

The hourly rate is £8.91 per hour, but there will be a bonus payed in November for any employees that continue with us until the end of October. This bonus will bring the effective rate up to £9.20 per hour for those hours. Up to £150 of this will be payable in advance after your first week of work, depending on your contracted hours, with the remainder paid in November as above. Employees who resign or are dismissed on grounds of performance or behaviour will not be eligible for the bonus and any bonus advance will be repayable in these circumstances.
