Description:

We are currently looking to employ a cleaner driver on a permanent basis. We have work available in the North East and North West. Interviews for applicants to take place at Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead.

You would be willing to work weekends, travel to Liverpool and surrounding areas

Responsibilities and Duties:

Be able to clean domestic properties, communal areas and void properties
Work in accordance with daily work instructions, prepare equipment, products and vehicles
To operate machinery as required
To report maintenance issues as per procedures
To comply with COSHH regulations
To be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of area cleaned
To work within the relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Driving Licence
DBS Check
CSCS Card
Cleaning experience
