CUBE is a Design and Build company based in Teddington specialising in domestic extensions, lofts and refurbishments in South West London and Surrey. Due to planned growth, we are looking to recruit a "Building Contracts Manager" to work alongside the existing team to oversee the projects.
Although training will be provided, you must have experience in dealing with architects (the design team) and contractors. This is a part-time appointment providing flexible working hours.
The role will involve dealing with design issues, site management, reporting progress, monitoring payments, ensuring Health and Safety compliance and checking quality.
