MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
Fully administer the policy and be the main point of contact for any customer enquires after point of sales.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls with enquires from existing customers
Perform mid-term changes the customer requires
Outbound customers in line with the document chasing cycle
Check and validate customer documentation received
Contact customers to correct policies if material information is discovered to be incorrect
Liaise with Insurers
2 Weekly Rota
Week 1 = Monday - Friday 8 - 5
Week 2 = Monday - Friday 11 - 8 + Saturday 9 - 5
A Monthly Performance based bonus will be given.
