All-rounders don't come more brilliant than Kwik Fit Tyre & Auto Care Technicians. Willing and able to get stuck into a bit of everything, whether it's changing a tyre, correcting wheel alignment using the latest geometry kit, replacing exhausts, batteries or servicing vehicles they're some of the most helpful and hardworking people in our business.
It's about carrying out your work to high standards and delivering great customer service alike. One is just as important as the other. So, every time a customer walks through the door, you'll give them the sense that they're in good hands before proving it with the service you deliver.
Skills
Our customers come back time and time again because they trust our teams. To be a great Tyre & Auto Care Technician, you'll need:
Some experience in an autocare or fast-fit technician role, ideally but not essential as training will be given on and off site.
The desire to learn as much as you can, quickly and enthusiastically
A full UK driving licence
A great way with people so you can not only slot right into the team but really make our customers feel welcomed and confident
A strong interest in a career in the automotive industry.
