Wrap Around Care Assistant

HoursAfter School Club - Approximately 8.00 hours per week

Plus a commitment to Holiday Club - To work approximately 50% of the the school hours (these are pre-arranged with the line manager. We are not open for all of the school holidays)
Pay scaleScale 1 (£17364 FTE) which is £9.25 per hour

The successful candidate would ideally have previous experience in a similar position, but a genuine enthusiasm and energy to work with children aged 4 to 11 years and the will to develop professionally are essential.

You will be
Experienced in organising age-appropriate activities and experiences for children aged between 4 and 11 years
Full of ideas and enthusiasm to promote and build the club as an enjoyable 'first choice' of childcare for our children
First Aid qualified (Desirable)

The after school club runs from 3:30pm-6:00pm during term-time, and 8:00am-6:00pm on Training Days and Holidays. The role will be for 8.00 hours per week during term-time with additional days during the school holidays.

We can offer specific training such as Safeguarding, supportive and hardworking colleagues and high standards in all we do.
