Do you want a new challenge? Thrive working in a fast-paced environment? Looking for a role that will offer support and development? Our site in Abergavenny are looking for Production Operatives to join our Operations Team at a very exciting time as we prepare for Christmas 2020.

To be a Production Operative in our Abergavenny team you will need enthusiasm, commitment and an eagerness to learn. Whilst undergoing on the job training, you will also undertake development in the areas of food safety and health & safety.
Our Production Operatives play a vital part in our business and this is why we will invest and support you through your journey. You can also look forward to company benefits such as:

Minimum starting rate of £8.90 per hour
Premium payment for hours worked over 40 hours paid at time and a half.
Christmas attendance and KPI bonus.

This role is a fixed term contract until January 2021 and could lead to full time permanent opportunities.

As a Production Operative, this role will involve manual handling, packing and moving products whilst working in a chilled food environment.

Our AM shift is currently 06:00 - 16:30 Monday, 06:00 - 14:30 Tuesday - Thursday and 06:00 - 12:30 Friday.

During the busy Christmas period this shift pattern will change to a variable shift pattern including weekends, as such you must be willing and flexible to work including weekends. You will be provided with shift options when you start with us.
