You will be the face of O2 MMD Communications, interacting with our customers with a bright and passionate energy. From helping less experienced customers conquer new tech, opening new possibilities to the way they communicate with friends and family, to showing the most seasoned of SMB users how our suite of products and services can improve the way they do business.
You will have a natural drive and ambition to achieve your sales targets and will use the support provided to work on your own development and product knowledge to make that happen.
What you'll do:
Contribute to your store's success by bringing to life the O2 ethos of sales through service.
Meeting your sales KPIs.
Keep up to date with all of our products, services and promotions, and those of our competitors.
Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable.
Take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy at all times.
You'll definitely:
Have a background in engaging and delighting customers in a sales or service environment.
Have an interest in communications technology.
Enjoy working within a Team to achieve store and personal goals.
