PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT REQUIRED to support lively and fun-loving man with refractory epilepsy, living in Chiddingfold, Surrey. Support required with going out and about (e.g. to football), shopping, cooking and general housework (changing bed, laundry, etc). The employer would like a PA who enjoys sport, especially football. He also enjoys PlayStation games and any type of music and would prefer a PA who shares his interests. An understanding of epilepsy and experience of working with people with epilepsy would be beneficial. Driver with clean license and use of car required. Rate of pay £10.75 per hour + mileage for journeys made during the working day. Hours 1300-1700 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (total 16 hours per week).
