Home Care Assistant - we want you!! in Hounslow

Hourly Rate: £9.00 - £10.00

You may not be aware but you already have the skills needed to make a great care giver! So we build on your existing experience and provide you with support by:

Paying an hourly rate starting from £9.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Provide 20p travel allowance per mile (from and to home)
Receive 3 days' full induction training program and on the job shadowing scheme (suited for both with or without experience.)
Throughout your career with RAH we provide professional development for our carers including providing certified training's - free of charge
On call 24 hours support
Give supervision to ensure the well-being of our carers
Flexible working schedule
Refer a friend incentive scheme
We aim to provide our service in areas around Ealing, Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Fulham, Hammersmith, Isleworth, Hounslow, Heston and Feltham. Therefore if you live in and around these areas and preferably have a car (or have good public transport links) then read further!

What would be involved supporting client's need within our community?

Well, Care work is more than what people think; But in general your care work will:

Provide companionship to clients living in isolation.
Assist in preparing and making meals
Provide personal care to allow clients to maintain their personal hygiene, appearance and physical comfort.
To provide assistance with daily living tasks this may include cleaning, shopping, laundry etc.
Monitor well being and reporting concerns through appropriate procedures.
Liaising with external professionals to ensure that client's needs are being met e.g., working alongside nurses.

Whether you have experience in care or are interested in care work but not sure how to gain experience or if you have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of others with ability to promote well being through positive attitude, we want to hear from you.


Have the right to work in UK
Are 18 years old or over
Have a full UK driving licence or easy access to public transport
Flexible and positive approach to work patterns/ schedules
Excellent punctuality and reliability
Experience in as a Health Care Assistant is desirable but not essential
