The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager, with experience in Children's Residential care to head up a new and exciting project.

As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring the Children receive high quality of care in line with Ofsted. You will have solid experience and will be able to manage the day to day running of the home, as well as be fully briefed on relevant legislation and regulations. You will have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or have a similar qualification.

You will manage budgets, rotas and supervisions for your team, implement training and development of the team, providing informal practical and emotional support to colleagues experiencing difficulties in addition to developing and maintaining key relationships with children, staff and professionals.

You will be a resilient, passionate and professional individual with excellent leadership skills. You must have an excellent understanding of Ofsted and have the drive to work towards excellent reports.
