Care Assistant/ Support worker Requirements:
Must be a driver and have access to a car
Show good communication skills
Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable people
Preferable for candidates to have care experience but not essential
Be reliable and flexible.
Show initiative and the ability to perform under pressure
Care Assistant/ Support worker Benefits:
Competitive Salary of £9.50 per hour, paid mileage, plus yearly pay reviews! (On completion of probationary period).
Flexible working hours with permanent /temporary positions available. Shifts start from 7 am and run through the day to 10 pm so we can offer great flexibility.
