We are Marc & Beau - a Anglo/Thai couple with many years experience in catering and hospitality both BoH and FoH. We are seeking a pub kitchen to rent or small restaurant premises to showcase our modern take on Thai/pan-Asian cuisine.
We are professional, reliable and hard working with excellent management skills. Currently we own and operate a small boutique good-food & cookery retreat overseas but are looking to return to the UK in November to be closer to family.
We are flexible regarding location - anywhere in the UK although SE England preferred. We are open to kitchen rent or franchise offers in pubs, hotels or golf clubs and we are prepared to adapt our cooking style to the local market - between us we have a broad palette - Thai, Mediterranean and British.
We are both British citzens with the right to work and live in the UK. We do not smoke. Marc is also a nutritionist, author and cookery skills teacher.
We are available through email or Skype for preliminary discussions and can meet in person in November or earlier ir the right opportunity arises.
