Community House Sellers are responsible for the everything to do with the House Sales section of Communilife within their Community. From initial receipt of a request to list a property to the completion of the sale.
Community House Sellers have the following responsibilities and duties:
Providing honest valuations of properties.
Visiting properties to take photographs and floor plans using our Giraffe360 tool.
Updating property details following viewing the property and incorporating local knowledge.
Placing property advertisements on the Communilife website and partner website.
Arranging open house viewing dates and attending/managing these on the day.
Liaising with the seller to ensure the property is shown in the best light during the open house.
Qualifying offers to purchase prior to passing on to the seller.
Arranging compensation insurance to be taken by the buyer prior to an offer being accepted.
Providing sellers with a weekly progress report.
Coordinating with other House Sellers within the Region and Nationally to ensure the high quality of the service given to our members.
Must live within the Borough.
Attention to detail.
First class communicator, both spoken and written.
Excellent time manager.
Willing to work during public holidays where required.
Clean driving licence and own transport.
Flexible working hours to meet the needs of the community.
