Salary: £18,000 basic + OTE
Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.45am - 17.15pm) and Friday (8.45am - 14.45pm)

Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award-winning and rapidly expanding client. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Telesales Advisor within their modern and vibrant offices based in Leeds.

As Telesales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls in order to sell our client's unique motor-based product to other businesses. Once the candidate has secured a sale, they will be required to manage the account with a consultative approach, offering impeccable levels of customer service for the initial 6-months of their contract.

The successful Telesales Advisor must be proactive, following up on sales via email and telephone, with strong communication skills and the tenacity to overachieve with regards to their sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience within a telephone based role is preferable
Target driven with a track record of exceeding targets
Ambitious and committed to progression
An excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
Reliable, with a good work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
Able to work well both individually and as part of a team
A good standard of education, preferably with a 'C' or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
