Female Office Assistant Required in Sheffield
Description:
We are looking for a female office assistant to join our team to carry out general office duties. Candidates must be based in Sheffield or nearby, as office attendance is required.
Salary:
Up to £9.00/hour depending on experience for a maximum of 24 hours a week.
Job Description:
1. Office admin work such as:
a. Create and maintain a customer database and send out mail shots and email marketing campaigns.
b. Conduct keyword research to double check clients' website position on Google, and then send monthly reports to clients regarding their SEO progress.
c. Create invoices and send them to our clients.
d. Research market trends, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps in the development of marketing plans.
e. Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
f. Keeps client information confidential.
g. General typing and paperwork.
2. Customer Services:
a. Communicate with clients.
b. Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.
3. Cold Calling:
a. To call different businesses to get their permission to list their business on one of our websites.
b. To call different businesses to offer them our services, such as SEO, Web Design, App Design and Digital Marketing.
4. Managing eBay account, this includes:
a. Taking pictures of the product.
b. Creating description of the product.
c. Listing the products.
d. Packaging the products.
e. Posting the products.
5. Undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and department.
