Patrick Court is a project for Adults with complex and challenging needs. Requirements of Support Worker
1.Highly motivated, good team player who has good communication and person-centered support skills.

4.Confident , creative, resilient and have a good sense of humor
5.Have basic numeracy and literacy skills
6.Ability to follow instructions and apply training in everyday work
Responsibilities of Support Worker
1.Write, implement and review support plans and attend meetings with external agencies
2.Support Service Users to maintain their tenancy
3.Key working responsibilities
4.Support Service User to maintain clean and safe home environment
5.Domestic tasks i.e. cleaning, cooking , shopping
6.Support Service User to manage finances and budget
7.Deal with challenging behavior from Service Users
8.Support Service Users to access the community and activities for Social Inclusion e.g. outdoor exercise, meals out, medical appointments
9.Provide personal care i.e. bathing, toileting
