Set in the most beautiful surroundings, this vacancy is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge working in a person-centred positive behaviour organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will also be joining a fantastic person-centered support team which is based in Acton Burnell which is seven miles south of Shrewsbury in rural Shropshire.

We require a Team leader to; create an inspiring team culture with an open communication culture, motivate team members, promote outstanding quality of care, and to work closely with the residents at Ruckley, the service manager, the team, families and outside organizations.

This role will require flexibility with shift work and will require sleep ins/ weekend work/ working bank holidays as required.

You will be leading the team while on shift and completing admin duties as and when required by the service manager.

This role may also require minimal personal care depending on the individual needs at Ruckley.

The successful candidate will also be required to take part in the Bethphage On Call Rota.

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working in a care setting
Full UK Drivers License
Own Car
Good Organisational Skills

Fair & Honest
Desirable Requirements:
Level two diploma in Health and Social Care
Level three diploma in Health and Social Care
