An established provider with an excellent reputation of providing high quality care and support to adults with a learning disabilities in the Colchester area. As result of the personal development of members of our care team, we have an opportunity for a full time support workers to work within our Supported Living environment. The main staff duties will be to support individuals with everyday living, personal care, documentation, and accessing a wide range of activities within the local community. Whilst experience is desirable, the ability to put the person at the centre of everything you do is more important to the role. A full in house training and personal development programme is provided to all staff as well as the opportunity to undertake qualifications in health and social care.
Hourly rate dependent on qualifications and experience
Hours to be confirmed but some flexibility - we are happy to discuss this with successful candidates.
Positions is subject to enhanced DBS
