About the role:
Deliver person-centred care in all aspects of daily living
Provide care that supports the self-respect of the individual being supported
Promote independence & meaningful experience of life
Supporting individuals and care team with personal care such as washing, bathroom breaks dressing
Supporting at mealtimes throughout the day
Supporting duty nurse with medication management
Developing & evaluating care plans
Supporting a care team & setting standards of care through leadership by example
Mentoring & positive role modelling
Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks


About you:
Experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistant ready to take the next step into a senior position
Level 3 Adult Social Care qualification or Level 2 with a willingness to complete the level 3
