Personal assistant required for a gentleman living in West Molesey.
Monday to Friday. I need someone to work with my needs as they can change from week to week, I have tried to cover the basics but I am flexible with what can and will work I've left the weekends blank but there will be times when I need weekend support and also overnights if my grandparents go away.
Do you require your PA to drive? Yes

Clean Driving License: Clean license ideally but would consider with points depending on violation
Employment status and pay
Can be either Self-employed or Employed
Standard hourly rate: £13.15
Additional information
Description:
Kieran needs the following assistance and help to carry out usual daily tasks.
Kieran wakes up in the morning, he needs to go to the toilet and usually does this in a urine bottle as his legs take a while to be useful.
Help with medication.
Help to move legs round and off the bed - being aware of allowing him not to move too close to the edge and fall. Legs need time to bend and reach the floor.
Assistance to get into chair for shower.
Help to get undressed.
Transfer to shower
Kieran can wash himself while in the shower, he does need monitoring and will call for assistance should he need it.
Help to get out of the shower.
Help to get dry and dressed.
Transfer into wheelchair
Transfer to mobility lounge
Bedtime preparation, help getting undressed, taking medication, transfer to bed.
General Daily Care
Visits to the toilet need to be assisted. He may need help with cleaning after using the toilet.
Refreshments during the day, drinks, snacks etc
Weekly Activities
Monday: Work 10 till 1.30 Home/Office
Tuesday: Physio/Swimming. Currently unable to action
Wednesday: Work 10 till 1.30 RHA Afternoon IT support - 1 - 4pm Home/Office Rowland Hill
Thursday: Physio Session Samson Centre
Friday: Work 10 till 1 Home/Office

There may be times where help is required to sort lunch or dinner but usually grandparents will do food.
We need someone who is happy to build a good relationship with Kieran and be able to help with making sure Kieran has what he needs, offering suggestions etc into what may be better to give him the care he needs etc.
Experience of working with a young adult would be great.
