A charming 4.9/5 * Rated care home is looking to add two exceptional new members to their dedicated and hard working team. The home is CQC rated Good.

Situated right between Market Harborough and Lutterworth the care home specialises in residential care for people living with Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Work side by side with a team who thrive on offering care to residents. Our core values revolve around being attentive and respectful to the individual needs of our residents.

What we are looking for.

All our care assistants will be educated ideally to NVQ Level 2, Health and Social Care or training towards this certification.

* You will enjoy developing your skills by working and supporting people in a range of situations, and assisting them in daily tasks.

* You will support people by meeting their healthcare, social care needs and requirements.

* Promote a person-centred approach, with warm communication and following the company best practices at all times.

* You will have focused knowledge of this sector and enjoy coming to work every day.

Most of all you will bring a smile and a willingness to the role.
