We provide supported living to adults & children with Learning Disabilities, complex needs and mental health and our goal is to promote independence.

Supporting clients/service users within their own homes or in a care home environment. Minimum of 3 months Experience required.

Within your Health Care Support Worker role, your daily tasks will be:

Build confidence to develop interests for supporting client
ensure client Feels safe and secure
provided with any personal care needed with dignity
Increase their independence
Are enabled to make as many choices as possible
Achieve personal goals, which may include travel or holidays
