Residential Support Worker near March, Cambridgeshire

This really is a role where no day will be the same. Our staff are fully involved in all aspects of the children & young people's lives, providing them with the support they require to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.

What will you do as a Residential Support Worker at Parkview Care?

- Teach independence and help with life skills
- Take children & young people to essential appointments and a range of activities (cinema, theme
parks, bowling)
- Provide a high level of supervision and support in a nurturing environment
- Help children & young people overcome any difficulties they are faced with, building their confidence to make positive choices

There may be challenges along the way but knowing that you have really made a difference to the lives of the children & young people is what makes this role so rewarding. Our well-planned rotas, which allow for flexibility and a great work/life balance, consist of days, evenings, sleep-ins and weekend shifts.

Due to the location of the home and the needs of our children & young people; candidates are required to hold a full driving license.
