We are looking at recruiting and enhancing our existing team with new members.

The role of the Senior Care Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents and perform the role of shift leader. You need to be kind, compassionate, highly motivated, well-organised, trustworthy and wanting to make a difference to our Residents lives in their home.

Tasks include all aspects of care including: personal care, feeding, dressing, toileting and activities.

We will provide continuous training and support as required for the job role to allow for development as needed.

All roles will be subject to a successful fully enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Shifts will be on a rota basis and may include weekends if required. We can discuss contracted hours on interview. We may also consider a night carer depending on your experience.
