We are currently recruiting for 10+ new staff to support our packages across Cardiff and the Vale

What we do

PRIDE offer home care services to people who want to live independently in their own homes.

Shifts can vary from a minimum of 4 hours, up to 8 and 10 hours, which can also include night shifts.

These shifts allow you to develop great relationships with the people you support and work with.

You don't need to have experience, but this would be preferred. We are looking for people to work with us on a part time or full-time basis.

The Job Role

You will be supporting people with all aspects of personal care and socialisation and encouraging people to live as independently as possible.

You will get the opportunity to develop loads of new skills and will be fully trained by one of our Nurses to be able to provide high level support.

You will be trained with all required equipment and work as part of small teams to ensure the best outcomes for people.

A meet and greet with the client before you commence care shifts

Ongoing support from the senior team.

What you need

All we ask is that you have a positive outlook, enjoy working with people, and have a caring nature.

Preferred but not essential

Previous care experience

A driving licence is a bonus but not necessary as our clients are based near very good transport link

£200 JOINING INSENTIVE (received 3 months after employment)

Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
