We provide supported housing to vulnerable young people aged 16-25 to enable them to gain independent living skills and make a successful transition to adult life.

We are currently looking to fill a key position within the company. We are seeking a caring and committed staff member who has experience of working with vulnerable young people within a supported housing setting. This position will be at the center of further expansion plans within the company and opportunities for role development.

This position involves supporting young people within shared home settings and on an outreach basis in standalone provision in the community. You will be helping young people access employment, education or training, learn independent living skills, apply for benefits, successfully maintain their tenancies and supporting them emotionally and practically in their day to day lives. There will be some opportunity to work from home for part of the week depending on the needs of the project at the time.

This post involves working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm although some flexibility will be required for working outside of these times.

Do you have:

- Over 1 years' experience of working with children and young people in a supported housing setting?

- A relevant Level 3 Health and Social care qualification or training.

- Knowledge and understanding of the difficulties facing young people who are vulnerable and in need of supported housing?
