We are an agency currently looking to grow our team of Support Workers in different areas such as Leeds, Nottinghamshire, Manchester and Hull and York. There are various clients, various shifts and working patterns available to suit your needs.

We are looking for confident support workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care in a variety of settings including residential, supported living.

The Role:

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to be a part of inspiring care and support to residents and service users.

Supporting people with social and physical activities
Booking and going with people to appointments
Helping with personal care such as support with showering and dressing
Supporting people with meal preparations eating and drinking
Monitoring individuals' conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight.
Following an up to date care plan
Protecting dignity and privacy
Promoting independence and choice
About You:

Qualifications in care is essential (e.g. health and social care Level 2, 3) full mandatory training and support provided.
Previous experience working in care settings essential
Honest reliable and trustworthy
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.
Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with Staff and Clients
Flexible to work shifts.
The right to work in the UK
Full UK Driving licence preferred but not essential
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
