Christmas peak contract from 4th November 2019 for initially 8 weeks, however may become a full time position
We have a fantastic opportunity for HGV Class 1 drivers in the Skelmersdale Area for a well-established online retailer for Traction only.
The client requires a 7 day week coverage. We are looking for early afternoon through to early morning start times, Ad-hoc and weekend drivers also welcome.
Collection of unit from our Skelmersdale base and then collect the trailer from either Warrington, Trafford park or Bolton Depots.
The unit will be Challengetrg Transport and distribution and will entail depot to depot on boxed units, trailer swaps in most instances.
Pay rates Up to £180.00
Additional bonuses on shifts if average of the below hours across the week-
£12 per shift additional payment if working on average 52.5 hours
£6 per shift payment if working on average 47.5 - 52.5 hours

Driver must have the following
Full UK HGV C+E Class 1 license held for at least 6 Months and driven C+E for 180 days in past 365
Digital tacho card and valid CPC card
A good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations
Good understanding of the working time directive
Excellent geographical knowledge of UK road network
Flexible approach to work
