DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary

The position holder will support the Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) department in implementing, improving and maintaining the actual reporting, business intelligence, and QHSE communication tools while owning the governance and quality assurance of the reporting. This position conducts research and provides professional advice, QHSE performance analysis, QHSE reporting, information, and recommendations to the VP Global QHSE for decision making and approval.

Job Responsibilities


* Own, promote, and maintain reporting governance and assurance.

Assists with the preparation of monthly closings with respective managers within their functional areas to assure the fair presentation of QHSE operating results by monitoring Key performance indicators. Reconcile QHSE data and provide QHSE reports to the management.
* Ensure functional testing and user acceptance testing of the QHSE software and Business Intelligence releases and ensure compliance of the delivered software with the users' specifications and regulations.
* Ensure that software user documentation is up to date and accurate
* Provide expert support and ensure the interface between the users and the development teams. Understand why errors occur; find ways to work around them until they are corrected. Understand business operations and propose adequate evolution to support them properly.
* Ensure the consistency of the business requirements with the overall IT strategy
* Promote the new features and functionalities and to participate in the Change Management
* Based on the reporting and the industry data, conduct research, and provide professional advice based on fact and data to mitigate risks and drive QHSE programs and communication.
* Challenges business assumptions help to develop alternative scenarios and educate business partners on QHSE issues, concepts, and ownership.
* Maintain the corporate risk matrix.
* Develop QHSE communication and promote best practices
* Maintain the QHSE Crisis Management System


REQUIRED SKILLS:

Qualifications and Competencies
* Bachelor\'s degree.
* Industry experience: Aviation, Chemical or Logistic & transportation experience in a global or regional role.
* 4+ prior working experience in a similar role
* NEBOSH or equivalent certificate or diploma
* Proven ability to work independently while supporting company goals.
* Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
* Excellent aptitude with numbers, precise and hands-on experience with statistical analysis and problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Autonomous, high level of discipline, excellent time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
* Knowledge of different management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301). Experience as auditor and/or QHSE Risk Management is a plus.
* Proven track of project management in the implementation of a digital reporting system.
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to conduct training, seminars, and speak confidently to various size groups of people.
* MS office skills (Word, Excel, Power-Bi, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, etc..)
* Open to travel (20 - 30% of the time)
