We have one desk available to be used solely by another organisation or individual - ideal for people are looking for a shared option rather than a whole office at the equivalent of £45 per week.
The rent is £195 per calendar month including VAT, bills, internet and cleaning contribution - with a month's deposit required. We can start with an initial 3 month trial and extend after this if you are happy with the arrangement. A short term let is an option.
There is free parking, it is on the bus routes 4, 44, 34, Airlink 300 (minutes from Haymarket), a post office at the nearby ASDA plus walking distance of Gorgie Road and near Slateford railway station.
The offices are nice & bright with a large shared kitchen/eating area and lovely open views to the south (so you don't miss the sun) plus 24 hour, 7 day access.
There are shelves and a set of drawers you can use to store items in. For a wee bit extra, we can supply a desktop computer, monitor and keyboard if you require them for you to use in the office, plus . access to a printer/copier/scanner. You will need to cover your own contents insurance.
Shops within walking or quick car/bike/bus journey include ASDA; M&S at the BP nearby petrol station; Sainsbury's; M&S supermarket, Poundworld, Aldi, Greggs, Costa and Home Bargains at the West Edinburgh Retail Park; Corn Exchange with restaurant, pub and cafe - places to meet; and a new Lidl along the road.
