Ideal for for any artist who needs a bit more room to make 3D pieces or get messy, with large scale paintings. There is always a friendly creative atmosphere here, with other artists working on site, in a wide range of disciplines. Textiles, painting, illustration, sculpture and photography.
Housed in a disused supermarket in the Riverside Shopping Mall in the centre of Shrewsbury. Participate not only provides studio space for up to 15 resident artists, but has a large exhibition space. Which regularly puts on shows. We can also cater for short let "Project Spaces." Open to any one who needs more space than their kitchen table can provide, to work on a specific job.
