Our ground floor winter home is licensed by Valencia tourism. Situated in Javea /Xabia, the pearl of the Costa Blanca. If you have never been before you will not be disappointed, if a return visit, we understand why!
A minute to the beach (sandy, blue flag), 5 seconds to the 30m saltwater pool and with the Arenal promenade on your doorstep with all the restaurants it is the best located apartment in the nicest little community setting.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a proper home, and a large patio with covered naya. There is UK satellite TV, fibre optic internet. You will be meeted and greeted by our housekeepers, linen, bathroom towels and laundry/cleaning are included as well as a mid term light clean and linen change. Beach chairs, coolbix and shopping trolley are there and we can supply beach towels at a small charge. Contact me for further details.
