Our Resort has recently been declared a WINNER and awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

A 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOUSE WITH A LARGE FURNISHED PRIVATE UPSTAIRS TERRACE AND DOWNSTAIRS PATIO.

This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Town house is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre pool. Just 50 metres away are 2 FREE tennis courts and the Golf course fairway.
The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Town houses with parking for one car under the pergola covered drive in the front garden.
Furnished to high standards, this is more a home than the normal holiday let.
Fully centrally heated for those chilly winter nights and air conditioning is in the lounge, with powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The very large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace, has a quality table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, 4 loungers and potted plants. Access is via the landing or the sliding patio doors from the delightful master bedroom with its king size bed.
The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the garden/pool area. Hedging provides an element of seclusion. Both areas have outside lighting.
All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather. A 32" LCD Flat Screen television and DVD are provided for those nights in.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, toaster, sandwich maker etc.

The downstairs bathroom is next to the second bedroom and has a bidet, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, with mirror and lights over with a shaving point.

The main bathroom is next to the Master bedroom and has a full bath with shower over with glass screen, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and lights over and a shaving point. In the cupboard under the sink, you will find a hair dryer.

The resort has an 18 hole golf course and was designed by Jack Nicklaus.

THE PRESTIGIOUS LA TORRE IS A WALLED AND GATED RESORT, WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF FLOWERS, TREES, MANICURED LAWNS AND OVER 15 SWIMMING POOLS, CHILDREN'S PLAY AREAS, SUPERMARKET, BARS, RESTAURANTS, MURPHY'S IRISH PUB WITH EVENING SPECIALS, ICE CREAM PARLOUR, PLUS A LOVELY CLUBHOUSE THAT SERVES TAPAS, DRINKS AND SNACKS INDOOR OR ON THE LOVELY TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE DESIGNED BY JACK NICKLAUS. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday.

Security deposit of £100 required which is fully refunded after inspection at the end of the holiday.

Hi Barry,
My family and I had a relaxing two week holiday at your townhouse. It is in the best location on the resort overlooking the largest pool which we used most days with the fold-up sunbeds provided. We enjoyed a few games of tennis as the courts were beside the pool. The supermarket on site had everything we needed and was quite reasonably priced. We hired a car which we would definitely recommend and it was good to park it right outside the front door. As a family of four, it was great to have the use of all the facilities in the house and WiFi.
