Hi Barry,
Firstly we loved staying in your villa, its location overlooking the pool and tennis courts was perfect for us and I spent most mornings starting my day with a few laps of the pool! We also really appreciated your booklet with suggestions for local things to do and as a result had a great day at the beach enjoying the mud baths.
We also liked the upgrade to the TV with the additional films we could watch.

We would like to thank you for your excellent communication throughout and providing us with great accommodation for our stay in Spain.

A 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOUSE WITH A LARGE FURNISHED PRIVATE UPSTAIRS TERRACE AND DOWNSTAIRS PATIO.

This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Town house is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre pool. Just 50 metres away are 2 FREE tennis courts and the Golf course fairway.
The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Town houses with parking for one car under the pergola covered drive in the front garden.
Furnished to high standards, this is more a home than the normal holiday let.
Fully centrally heated for those chilly winter nights and air conditioning is in the lounge, with powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The very large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace, has a quality table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, 4 loungers and potted plants. Access is via the landing or the sliding patio doors from the delightful master bedroom with its king size bed.
The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the garden/pool area. Hedging provides an element of seclusion. Both areas have outside lighting.
All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather. A 32" LCD Flat Screen television and SKY SPORTS are provided for those nights in.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, toaster, sandwich maker etc.

The downstairs bathroom is next to the second bedroom and has a bidet, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, with mirror and lights over with a shaving point.

The main bathroom is next to the Master bedroom and has a full bath with shower over with glass screen, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and lights over and a shaving point. In the cupboard under the sink, you will find a hair dryer.

The resort has an 18 hole golf course and was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
