Stylish Licensed holiday let apartment in Valencia city, Spain's 3rd largest cosmopolitan city! Sleeps 4 people, there are 2 double beds. The main bedroom with stylish French double bed and furniture and en-suite WC and hand basin and plenty of closet space! The apartment is furnished with comfy contemporary furniture, hardwood floors, A/C for summer months and gas central heating for winter months. There are mosquito nets also on the windows, it is a very bright spacious apartment on the 2nd floor of a traditional Valencia house in a quiet street but close to the metro and opposite a beautiful large park with lake and cafe and a short stroll to the famous Bioparc Zoo!
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights and there is a cleaning/check-in and out fee applied to all bookings and a flat rate gas/electric fee of 5 euros per night which is standard in all holiday lets.
