Fully fitted kitchen. In the lounge there is gas fire. A 32" flat screen TV & DVD player with over 60 DVD. Are caravan is situated on cypress way it's about 4 minutes to the club & 4 minutes down to the beach.we have a hedge at the back so people can't walk past in the night & wake you up its very private. With a rotary washing line & a gas BBQ it's nice to stay at the caravan some nights & have a BBQ with a drink or two or lay on the grass & top up your tan .its a great place to relax after weeks of work.The site is a HAVEN site one of the best & this is some of the facilities on site are as follows: arcades, 2 cabaret venues (Bugsies & Capones), bars (Mash and barrel lounge bar cafe ), children's clubs/entertainments,2 heated outdoor pools,Heated indoor pool with 4 flumes and outside some bigger flumes,Large spar shop, Costa coffee, Burger King, Papa johns,Fish &Chips, South Beach Cafe by the beach ,Spa complex, Crazy Golfy, Laundry facilitiesi, Top live caberet once a night, Restaurant, Wi-Fi, Climbing wall. Death Drop, Football Coaching/Tournaments, Archery, Shooting, Astra pitch, Trampoline, Swimming lessons, Water Topedos, Hampster Balls, Basketball,cash bingo evenings - and much more There is a charge/passes for some of the above indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, restaurants and children's and adults entertainment , multi sports complex and adventure play grounds . There is a onsite mini mart, Papa Johns pizza , burger king and only 5 minutes walk to the private beach . WE DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING OR PETS IN THE CARAVAN (SAVE £££££££) PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED. There are pillows & quilts but you need to take your own sheets & covers if you would like to book A £100 deposit is required at that time to secure a booking. Payment accepted by Bank Transfer. The balance will become due 6 weeks prior to the Hire Start date. When the balance becomes due, a refundable Security Deposit of £100 is also due. The Security Deposit is fully refundable and returned within 3 days of the Departure date, following a satisfactory inspection of the Caravan's fixtures, fittings & contents.
