Our lovely caravan has a prime location on West Sands incredibly close to the kids clubs, indoor Oasis swimming pool, Beach, Embassy entertainment venue, pub, restaurant and nature reserve.

It is a eight-berth three-bedroom caravan with a large communal lounge & dining area, double bedroom,2 x twin bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Entertainment in the caravan is provided by board & card games, 32" LED TV with built-in DVD player and a collection of DVDs should you or the kids run out of energy.
The caravan has all the usual refinements, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, gas fire and central heating. Gas and electric are included in the price.

Beds made up on arrival. Towels can be ordered for a small additional fee.

The Bunn Leisure site
Bunn Leisure Selsey complex is massive, made up of three sites, West Sands, White Horse and Green Lawns each with its own entertainment venue.

The heart of the Bunn leisure Selsey facilities are on West Sands, there are plenty of facilities and entertainment on offer. In the arcade there is 10 pin bowling, gaming arcades and much more. There is also Bunni bunch club for the younger little people (up to 11 years) and the Quays club for over 11's. From football coaching to swimming lessons there is plenty to keep the kids busy.


In the evenings, there is plenty to do with entertainment in West Sands, White Horse and the Viking on Green Lawns for country and western club, There is a free bus running between all venues until very late.

The waterfront complex includes a fun pool with Fantasy Island, a splash pool and water slides together with a lazy river. There is also a 25-metre competition pool comprising of six lanes, a steam room, sun beds, and sauna. There is a state-of-the-art gym with qualified trainers on hand (charge applies). If you prefer to be pampered, there are facilities for a beauty therapist and a spa offering treatments from massage to facials (Charge applies).

The Smugglers restaurant is also part of the complex; food served from breakfast to evening dinner. There are further places to eat and drink at all of the venues.

In the evening, you have access to three entertainment venues, West Sands, White Horse and the Viking on Green Lawns. The Viking is renowned as a top class country and western club. There is a free courtesy bus running in between all venues.
