THE HOLIDAY PARK RE OPENS WITH FACILITIES ON THE 12TH OF FEBRUARY 2022

We offer very reasonable & affordable Holiday accommodation
and you can even pay by instalments without any extra charges.

Our 3 Bedroom Caravan is sited on the very popular PARKDEAN RESORTS HOLIDAY PARK AT CAYTON BAY, SCARBOROUGH.
It's a front-facing Caravan without any other caravans directly in front of it.
Sited on the Kestrel section, quite close to the entertainment complex.

We let our caravan out for a max of 6 persons i.e. 2 Adults 4 Children (max 4 Adults)

We mainly let on a 6 Night Saturday to Friday basis, this gives us sufficient time to do a full Covid clean down between Guests vacating and arriving.
We meet Guests on arrival at the Caravan at 2pm Saturday, Vacate time is 10am Friday.

ABOUT THE PARK

The park has once again undergone some new re building work, extensions and new features and facilities have now been added.

The Parkdean resorts Holiday Park remains open all year round, and usually with on site facilities usually from mid February until early November.

The Park now has NEW SITE FACILITIES with A NEW Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, NEW outdoor undercover decking with tabled& seating area, NEW reception area & A Fish & chip shop is now on site, and LOT'S OF NEW THINGS FOR CHILDREN TO DO which were added during the 2021 season.

There is an entertainment show bar with stage, dance floor, tabled seating and Bar. With day time entertainment for Children and family entertainment in the evenings.

The park has an outdoor adventure playground, sports courts, crazy golf and an indoor swimming pool with flume and wave.

There is a well stocked convenience store on site as well as a laundry.

OUR CARAVAN

The Caravan has a spacious lounge area with lot's of comfy seating plus flat screen TV with FREEVIEW channels.

Well equipped Kitchen area to 2 sides. We provide Kettle, Toaster, Microwave Oven, full size Gas cooker with 4 ring hob, and an under counter Fridge - Freezer.

OUR CARAVAN DESCRIPTION

Main bedroom (to sleep 2) with double bed, double wardrobe & fitted wall heater.

Second Bedroom with 2 single beds, wall wardrobe & wall heater.

Third Bedroom with 2 single beds, wall wardrobe & wall heater.

Shower room with W.C, Washbasin, & enclosed shower cubicle.

Second W.C. room with hand wash basin.

We provide all bedding, and the beds are all made up ready for you on arrival, we even provide a selection of Towels for you to use within the caravan.

Sorry, we cannot accept Dogs in our caravan.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE COVID 19 VIRUS, ALL BEDS MUST BE STRIPPED DOWN BY GUESTS BEFORE VACATING, AND BEDDING AND TOWELS MUST BE PLACED INTO THE BLACK SACKS WE PROVIDE-THANK YOU

We also provide an Iron, Ironing Board, and hairdryer
